Kingdom of Saudi Arabia Employment Visa

For Saudi Returned Candidates, the Final Exit paper from the previous Saudi Employer is a must. In case of candidates who have come on Exit-Re-entry visa in Thailand and did not go back, they have to complete 2 years after their exit date from Saudi Arabia, before the new Saudi Employment visa can be endorsed in their passport. Their previous Residence Permit (Iqama) also has to be expired. Kuwait Work Visa in Thailand

If you are an Indian who has secured a job in Kuwait, then your employer has to first get for a work permit from the Ministry of Social Affairs and Labour. Your employer has to submit your personal details to avail this permit. You will have to send a copy of your passport to your employer, which they have to show to the Ministry of Social Affairs and Labour. A NOC (No Objection Certificate) has to be availed from the General Administration of Criminal Investigation at the Interior Ministry.
