Kingdom of Saudi Arabia Employment Visa

For Saudi Returned Candidates, the Final Exit paper from the previous Saudi Employer is a must. In case of candidates who have come on Exit-Re-entry visa and did not go back, they have to complete 2 years after their exit date from Saudi Arabia, before the new Saudi Employment visa can be endorsed in their passport. Their previous Residence Permit (Iqama) also has to be expired. If it is a Group Visa (containing more than one visa) then for doing the emigration clearance (in case ECNR is not there) original Power of Attorney and Demand Letter in Firoz Gulf Manpower Consultancy is needed. The visa endorsement needs only 2 to 3 working days- the employment visa submission days are only Mondays and Wednesdays in a week.

UAE Employment Visa

Certificate issued or a stamp marked (on the applicant’s passport) by the immigration authorities of the country to indicate that the applicant’s credentials have been verified and he or she has been granted resident status permission to enter the country for a temporary stay within a specified period 3 years . Qatar Employment Visa

Employment Visas are issued to skilled and qualified professionals or persons who are engaged or appointed by companies, organizations, economic undertakings as technicians, technical experts, senior executives, etc. Applicants are required to submit proof of contract /employment /engagement of foreign nationals by the company or organization dearly indicating the designation of the official, salary offered, and name of the company for whom he/ she will be working in India. A copy of the registration of the company in India is also to be produced Employment visa can be applied only from the country of domicile or country of residence if applicant’s residency is more than 2 years.

Kuwait Work Visa

If you are an Indian who has secured a job in Kuwait, then your employer has to first get for a work permit from the Ministry of Social Affairs and Labour. Your employer has to submit your personal details to avail this permit. You will have to send a copy of your passport to your employer, which they have to show to the Ministry of Social Affairs and Labour. A NOC (No Objection Certificate) has to be availed from the General Administration of Criminal Investigation at the Interior Ministry. Once your employer receives the work visa/permit, they have to send the same to you (the employee) along with the NOC. After you receive the 2 documents, you have to first go for a medical test in India. The test has to be done at a clinic recognized by the Kuwaiti Consulate.

Oman Work Visa

Original, signed India passport with a least 6month of remaining validity. | Passport-type photographs :2 | Visa application form.
