How to apply DHA Exam in Palakkad

Before registering you must have at least two years of practical working experience in India in your field.

The scanned copies of the following certificates are mandatory in Palakkad.

3. 10th and 12th school certificates (mark sheets).
4. Diploma/ Bachelor’s/ Master’s Degree certificates.

7. Experience certificate (Recent 2 Yrs exp – Graduate’s and Diploma Holders, 3 Yrs Exp for Post Graduates)
8. Good Standing Certificate (From the Registered Council / Association)
9. BLS Certificate (Basic Life Support – only for Nurses Required)
10. Log Book (Only for MS Surgeons)

The verification process in Palakkadis:
